What if I have an APO or FPO address?
One shipping method is available to APO and FPO addresses at the prices listed upon checkout along with delivery times within the same checkout page. It typically takes up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Some locations may require higher shipping charges, and some services such as overnight delivery may not be available in all locations.
Online Purchase Return Policy
We want you to be pleased with your order, nevertheless we understand if a product doesn’t work out Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products.
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 7 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling and other charges. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.
Replacements
We carefully wrap each individual package so that they get to you safe and sound, but sometimes a product will get damaged through the carrier (USPS). Please understand that we have no control over this. We will replace if possible, items that have been damaged in transit. You must contact us within 24 hours at customer.support@nuovaglo.com. Please include your order number, name and address, and what items were damaged.
